Commission Info

Types of Service

(*) Price is per emote. Orders of 10 or more emotes will get a 20% discount.

(**) Price is for reference purpose only. It may change upon discussion

Terms of Service

General

  • You are allowed to request WIPs at any time.

  • You cannot post the full version publicly (not applicable for private and/or certain commercial works, depending on the contracts).

  • You can repost the commission with proper credits.

  • I retain the right to use the watermarked version of the commission to advertise my work. However, you can request that I do not post the commission publicly for free.

  • I retain the right to reject your commission if I’m unable to draw what you request, or if I have reasonable proof to believe my boundaries are being disrespected.

  • I will draw:

  1. Human and humanoid characters.

  2. Fanart.

  3. Real people (in my style).

  4. SFW and NSFW sexual content (no sexual activities).

  5. SFW gore content.

  • I won't draw:

  1. Furry and anthro.

  2. Robots or mecha characters (mecha weapons and parts are fine).

  3. Elderly characters/people.

  4. NSFW gore content.

Payment

I require at least 30% of the payment (non-refundable) before the sketch is sent.

Extra Fees

Extra fee may be added if your request contains things that may require significantly extra work and effort.

These are not firm rules and are only for reference purpose. They may change upon discussion.

  • Extra character: the base price for the type multiplied by the amount of extra character (for example, if you want 3 full-bodies, the price will be $50 x 3 = $150)

  • Detailed characters: $20+

  • Weapon, plushie, pet...: $5+

  • Detailed background: $10+

  • SFW/clothed version of NSFW art: $20+

  • Commercial use - private use fee: x1.5 price

Revisions

  • Revisions can be requested at any time, for unlimited amounts of times within reasons.

  • If I have proof to reasonably believe you're purposely misleading me (for example, changing your mind on one detail and/or purposely withholding information to accuse me of unprofessionalism), I retain the right to cancel the commission without refund.

Deadline and Process

  • Waiting time is from 7 days to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the commission.

  • As of now, I don't accept commissions that have tight deadlines (unless it's a simple commission).

  • After the payment is placed, a sketch will be sent to you. It's important at this stage to inform me of any changes you may want to make, so please review the sketch carefully!

  • If no additional WIP is requested, the lineart and base colors preview will be sent to you.

  • When the commission is completed, a watermarked preview will be sent. Once it's approved, a full, non-watermarked version will be sent. Please note that if the full payment has not been completed before this stage, the full version won't be sent until it's made.

Use

  • Unless otherwise stated, the commission is for personal use only.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the price stated is for personal use only and has not included commercial use. To use the commissions for commercial use, an additional fee must be paid.

  • The policies above do not apply to streaming assets (such as emotes, screens, PNGtubers...), which already include commercial use and fee,

Intellectual Property Rights

I retain the copyright to my works, including works with commercial use.

Refund

  • A full refund will not be offered unless it’s me who fails to complete the commission.

  • If I have not started on your commission, you're free to cancel at any time and can receive a full refund.

  • The initial 30% of the payment is non-refundable.

Policies Regarding NSFW Commissions

Ignore this if your commission is SFW

  • Please remain respectful of my boundaries. You're commissioning me to draw a NSFW piece and the relationship is purely professional. It does not mean I've consented to seeing explicit material of yourself or others, romantic and/or sexual advances, roleplaying and any behavior/material that may violate my boundaries. You're free to provide me with references and description that may be relevant, but please don't bring up or try to send me the materials/activities mentioned above. Even if you ask nicely, I won't accept them.

  • I will not draw NSFW works of: real people, minors (including characters that resemble a child, even if they're thousands years old).

  • I will draw NSFW works of characters of any gender identity and sexuality, as well as monogamous and polygamous relationships.

  • If you request NSFW work of someone else's original character, I require explicit proof that the owner(s) has consented to having their character drawn in the scenario/manner that the commission includes.

  • Fetishes that I may draw: common/well-known fetishes such as bondage, certain role-playing scenarios, group sex, lingerie, cosplay... Please ask first to make sure.

  • Fetishes that are a guaranteed no: age play, vore, gore, scat, necrophilia. This is not to kink-shame anyone in any way. You have full rights to choose what you like. This policy is purely because of my own personal boundaries.

  • If you try to push my boundaries, sexually harass me and request NSFW works of minors, I retain the right to block, blacklist you and report you.
